Reimagine the art of casting by redefining the scope of which talent is measured and establishing casting as a key creative collaborator.
Radically improve the representation of under-represented identities on stages, screens and behind the scenes. This includes but is not limited to artists who identify as Indigenous, Bla(c)k and people of colour; Women; LGBTQIA+; Trans and Gender Diverse; Disabled; d/Deaf or Hard of Hearing; Neurodiverse and Body diverse.
Centre the needs of the artists within the process as much as possible, by creating nurturing and accessible spaces that allows each artist to flourish.
Foster representation that is positive and affirming by interrogating the current narratives and challenging tropes and types.
